1922 – The Anti-Treaty IRA mount an attack on Oriel House, Dublin.

Several IRA fighters are captured at nearby Harcourt Street and one Anti-Treaty fighter is shot and killed

William Graham was stopped by a FSA patrol at Leeson Street Bridge after an attack on the Harcourt Street Railway Station. He was found to be carrying a revolver, which was taken from him. He was then shot dead on the spot by this officer.
